Our CBOCS are basically following the same safety measures as we are at the Medical Center:

At each CBOC, there is a screening tent, a triage tent and a wellness tent. Wellness tents are manned by RNs and a provider comes in if needed.

All CBOCS have ceased operations to see patients face to face for the audiology, optometry and physical therapy clinics. We do have physical therapist at the main site that can call and provide instruction for some PT patients.

All CBOCs are asking that Veterans call before they visit to coordinate care.

Mental Health services have been moved to telehealth.

Veterans are reminded that if they have an emergency to call 911.

Non-urgent visits are being handled by telehealth or rescheduled.
