On May 29th 2021 WNC MOAA presented a wreath at the Memorial Day Ceremony in Brevard in front of the Transylvania County Courthouse and the Veterans History Museum of the Carolinas. Presenting the wreath on behalf of the Chapter were President Donna Culp (Capt. USAF Fmr) and Duke Woodhull (COL USAF Ret). Woodhull is the Chapter's POC to the Museum. The guest speaker for the ceremony was Chapter Member Will Rodriguez (RADM USN Ret). After the ceremony, Chapter members presented a check for $500 to Museum Director Emmett Casciato.
