WNC-MOAA in partnership with Four Seasons Hospice in Western North Carolina perform special pinning ceremonies to salute veterans in hospice care and thank them for their service. On February 9, 2024 the 1000th ceremony was performed for SGT Bill Troutman a local Hendersonville veteran.
